16 Januari 2024, Majlis Penyerahan Projek Siap bagi Projek Menaiktaraf Pangkalan Perlindungan Sumber Langkawi, Kedah telah berlangsung dengan jayanya pada 16 Januari 2024 (Selasa) bertempat di Pangkalan Perlindungan Sumber,Bukit Malut, Langkawi, Kedah.<\/p>\n

Penyerahan projek ini telah disempurnakan oleh YBrs. Tuan Haji Bohari bin Leng, Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Perikanan (Pembangunan) Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia (DOF)<\/span><\/a>. Majlis bertambah berseri dengan kehadiran YBrs. Tuan Haji Abdul Halim bin Marzuki, Pengarah Kanan Bahagian Kejuruteraan (BKJ) Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia, YBrs. Ir. Waznah binti Abdul Aziz, Pengarah, Cawangan Kejuruteraan Infrastruktur Pengangkutan Ibu Pejabat JKR Malaysia<\/span><\/a> (CKIP), YBrs. Tuan. Sukri bin Deris, Pemangku Pengarah Kanan Bahagian Konservasi & Perlindungan Perikanan Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia, YBrs. Ir. Ts. Khairul Azlan bin Abdullah, Jurutera Daerah JKR DAERAH LANGKAWI<\/span><\/a> selaku Pegawai Penguasa dan YBrs. Ir. Khazali bin Hamid, Pengarah Urusan Wawasan Bertam (M) Sdn. Bhd selaku Kontraktor Utama.<\/p>\n

Pelaksanaan projek ini adalah secara Konvensional Dalaman iaitu rekabentuk projek ini menggunakan kepakaran dari Jurutera JKR sendiri tanpa melantik sebarang khidmat Juru Perunding. Penyeliaan juga dilaksanakan sepenuhnya oleh JKR Daerah Langkawi.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Kejayaan menyiapkan projek ini menunjukkan segala usaha, komitmen dan kerjasama yang telah diberikan oleh semua pihak yang menjadi faktor penting sehingga projek ini dapat disiapkan serta dapat diserahkan kepada pihak pelanggan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Projek ini bukan sahaja menepati KPI JKR Malaysia 3 dalam 1 malahan telah memberi nilai tambahan 6 dalam 1 merangkumi perkara-perkara berikut :<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

i. Sijil Perakuan Siap Kerja (CPC) yang telah diperakukan pada 27<\/div>\n
September 2023;<\/div>\n
ii. Penyiapan Penyata Akaun Muktamad (SOFA);<\/div>\n
iii. Penyiapan As Built Drawing;<\/div>\n
iv. Penyediaan Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual;<\/div>\n
v. Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI); dan<\/div>\n
vi. Zero Major Defects.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Projek naiktaraf ini melibatkan beberapa skop dan komponen utama iaitu:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

i- Kerja Awalan<\/div>\n
ii- Pembaikan Pontoon ( Marine)<\/div>\n
iii- Menaiktaraf Sistem Elektrik<\/div>\n
iv- Pembaikan Struktur Jeti (Sivil dan Struktur)<\/div>\n
v- Menaiktaraf Sistem Mekanikal<\/div>\n
vi- Pembaikan Cerucuk di Jeti<\/div>\n

Setinggi-tinggi penghargaan juga diberikan kepada Bahagian Maritim, Cawangan Kejuruteraan Infrastruktur Pengangkutan (CKIP) JKR Malaysia selaku Pengurus Program bagi projek ini yang telah banyak memberikan sumbangan dalam melaksanakan projek ini.
